Roof fan-HCTB/HCTT

Application

Supply air or exhaust air:

  • Warehouses, shop and industrial halls,
  • Farm buildings, industrial kitchens, etc.

Construction

  • Axial roof fan with horizontal outlet
  • Base made of galvanised sheet steel
  • Cover made of pressed aluminium sheet
  • The rotor is made entirely of glass-fibre reinforced plastic (models from 315 to 400) or consists of plastic blades mounted on an aluminium hub (models from 450 to 1000)
  • Operating temperature from -40°C to + 70°C (-30°C to + 40°C for 800-1000 models)
  • Available in two versions: Supply “A” and Exhaust “B”

Explosion-proof versions according to the ATEX directive available on request:

  • Reinforced construction motor: II 2G Exe II T3
  • Flameproof motor: II 2G Exd IIB T5 or II 2G Exd IIC T4 (only for models 800, 900, 1000 with 4- or 6-pole motors
  • For use in zone 22: II 3D Ex tc IIIB T1250C

Electric motor

  • Asynchronous single-phase 230 V, 50 Hz
  • Asynchronous three-phase 400V, 50Hz
  • Insulation class F, IP65 (except models 800 to 1000 – IP55)
  • Thermal overload protection (except models 800 to 1000)
  • Single-phase motors for voltage speed control (except models HCTB / 4-560, HCTB / 4-630)
  • Three-phase motors can be switched J / D at 380-415 V, 50 Hz
  • Three-phase motors with one speed that can be controlled by an inverter and transformer control (except HCTT / 4-560, HCTT / 4-630 and Ø710 to Ø1000)
