Application

These centrifugal fans are used for transporting media in the following areas:

Construction

  • Low pressure centrifugal fan with direct drive
  • Stainless steel impeller with forward curved blades, dynamically balanced to DIN ISO 1940-1
  • Welded stainless steel casing in 1.4301
  • Cooling system between housing and motor
  • Maximum pumped medium temperature = 200°C
  • Ambient temperatures from -20°C to + 40°C
  • Additional motor support for sizes 200 – 250

Electric motor

  • Asynchronous, single-phase 230V 50Hz (power up to 2.2 kW)
  • Asynchronous, three-phase 230V / 400V 50Hz (power up to 3 kW)
  • Asynchronous, three-phase 400V / 690V 50Hz (output from 4 kW)
  • Efficiency class IE3 (from 0.75 kW) or IE2 (below 0.75 kW)
  • Protection class IP55
  • Insulation class F
  • Three-phase motors are designed for frequency converter operation
  • Thermal protection (TP or TP and PTC) – for selected motors

Special versions

  • Housing Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation in 90° steps each
  • Single-phase motor for voltage regulation
  • Motor with special voltage
  • Motor with different degrees of protection
  • Motor with sensors or additional cooling
