Centrifugal fan-HPB-F

Application

The fan is designed for transport of non-aggressive and non-explosive gases without contamination. Typical uses are:

  • pneumatic transport,
  • blowing in drying systems (e.g. graphic machines and processing of plastics),
  • air blowing systems in combustion / thermal treatment systems (e.g. melting furnaces).

Construction

  • radial high pressure fan with direct drive
  • riveted impeller made of aluminum sheet, with type B blades, dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940-1
  • die-cast aluminum housing
  • galvanized inlet cover
  • base welded from steel sheet
  • fan painted gray RAL7042 (in selected sizes motor painted RAL 5010)
  • maximum temperature of the transported medium 80°C
  • motor ambient temperature from -20°C to +40°C
  • figure LG270

Electric motor

  • asynchronous, three-phase, 230/400V 100Hz or 400V 100Hz (depending on the motor power)
  • insulation class F
  • degree of protection IP55
  • equipped with thermal protection PTC or PTC and TP depending on the model
  • FC version equipped with an independent cooling module

Special designs

  • optional configuration LG / RD figure
  • painting in a color other than standard
  • impeller made of galvanized steel sheet
  • impeller made of stainless steel 1.4301
  • impeller made of acid-resistant steel 1.4404
  • motor with a different degree of IP protection
  • motor equipped with sensors or additional cooling
  • motor ambient temperature below -20°C and above +40°C

MOTOR TRANSDUCER

The converter supplying the motor must have the following classification U (f):

where: U – rated voltage of the motor operation; f – frequency 100Hz

If the recommendations are not followed, the motor current increases disproportionately and the drive motor does not reach the rated speed. Under no circumstances should the frequency (rotational speed) be set higher than the 100Hz frequency stated on the nameplate, because the motor may be overloaded or the fan damaged due to too high speed.

The so-called boost, as this causes the drive motor to heat up too much. In order to protect the drive motor, a temperature sensor must be connected to the corresponding inputs of the converter.
