Centrifugal fan-GFB

Application

The fan is designed for transport systems of non-aggressive and non-explosive gases without contamination. Typical applications:

  • Various mechanical ventilation systems
  • Air presses in production processes
  • Cooling and drying systems
  • Cooling and air-conditioning systems
  • Ventilation units.

Construction

  • Low pressure centrifugal fan with direct drive
  • Impeller made of galvanised sheet steel with forward inclined blades welded, dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940-1 (stainless steel sheet 1.4301 for size 97)
  • Welded sheet steel casing
  • Galvanised inlet cover
  • Base for the motor in models 250-400 and 4/225
  • The fan is painted blue RAL 5010 (corrosivity category C3)
  • Maximum temperature of the pumped medium 80°C
  • Motor ambient temperature from -20°C to + 40°C
  • Figure LG90 in models 4/250, 4/315 and 6/315
  • Figure LG270 in other models

Electric motor

  • Asynchronous, single-phase, 230 V, 50 Hz (power up to 1.1 kW)
  • Asynchronous, three-phase, 230/400 V, 50 Hz (up to 3 kW)
  • Asynchronous, three-phase, 400/690 V, 50 Hz (from 5.5 kW)
  • Efficiency class IE3 (from 0.25 kW) or IE1 (below 0.25 kW)
  • Protection class IP55
  • Insulation class F
  • For frequency control (three-phase motors)

Special designs

  • Each LG / RD figure
  • Painting in a colour other than the standard
  • Painting in a higher corrosivity category
  • Housing and base made of galvanised sheet steel
  • Housing and base in stainless steel 1.4301
